9 Ways to Find the Energy You Need – Part 4

It’s really cute to watch my cat wake up from sleeping.  He slowly rises and begins stretching.

That is something that can help you get a boost too.  If you will gently stretch when you change positions or need energy, you will invigorate your brain.

Stretching actually is good for you.  It can help your flexibility and your posture.  It can help you prevent injuries and relieve soreness.  So, by stretching, you can find calmness, relieve tension, and boost your energy.

When you stretch, it should be beneficial.  Therefore, do not stretch too vigorously when your muscles are cold, and do not stretch too much just because you already feel warmed up.  Make your stretching a smooth, slow motion.

When you feel tired or strained, stand up and slowly stretch.  Stretch while sitting as well; it can loosen you up and brighten your mood.

Perhaps our cats know something that we should know.  Try stretching.
